Our experience includes collaborations with the America's Cup — both the organization and multiple defenders and challengers — as well as the SailGP organization, including the SailGP Australia Team, SailGP Switzerland Team, Red Bull Italy, and Rockwool Denmark. Our involvement also extends to high-performance yachts like Raven, Wild Oats, and Scorpios. For high-latitude expeditions, we’ve partnered with the expedition agency EYOS and vessels like Legend and Nansen Villa to ensure crews stay protected in the most extreme environments.

Alinghi Red Bull Racing

In close collaboration with Alinghi Red Bull Racing, official challenger for the 37th America’s Cup, Sail Racing has developed a custom Special Order collection tailored to the team’s needs — on and off the water. Drawing from our America’s Cup experience and long-standing partnership with Red Bull Sailing, we created a technical range built for performance, durability, and freedom of movement in the high-speed, high-impact world of modern foiling. Each piece was refined through crew testing and feedback, resulting in a collection that meets the demands of elite competition — precise, innovative, and purpose-driven. Sail Racing has also launched official replica gear, bringing the same performance design to fans worldwide.

Sail Racing has been the official technical clothing supplier to SailGP since its launch in 2018. As one of the fastest-growing racing leagues in the world, SailGP delivers high-speed, high-stakes competition at iconic venues — powered by nature and driven by purpose. With national teams racing identical F50 catamarans at speeds nearing 60 mph, SailGP pushes the limits of sailing and performance. Our partnership is built on a shared commitment to innovation, speed sailing, and high technology — on the water and beyond.

WILD OATS XI | Maxi 100

In collaboration with the crew of Wild Oats XI, a high-performance Maxi 100 yacht, the Sail Racing Special Order team developed a custom collection designed for the demands of offshore racing. With the team regularly competing in challenging conditions, durability and functionality were key priorities. The crew tested the garments during training and racing, offering feedback that guided improvements in both design and performance.

Raven | Baltic 111

We engaged with Raven – a Baltic 111 – to supply technical apparel for their newly built yacht. Sail Racing Special Order curated a selection tailored to their specific sailing demands. The crew tested the garments extensively, providing valuable feedback that helped refine the final designs. During the process, a need emerged for a spray top not found in our existing range. This led to a dedicated development phase, resulting in a new product now available to all sailors.

HEAT TRANSFER PRINT
The most common and adaptable way we brand. A clean, lightweight design is bonded to the fabric using heat and pressure—durable and ideal for performance gear like tees, polos, caps, and other flat-surfaced apparel.

EMBROIDERY
Stitched directly onto the fabric with durable thread, this method provides a tough and long-lasting finish. It’s perfect for casual styles, caps, and other gear that doesn’t have membranes, ensuring your design stays secure and looks great over time.

PATCHES
Made separately by embroidery, weaving, or printing, then attached by stitching or heat-pressing. Adds structure and style. Suitable for technical outerwear, casual wear, and accessories.
